Rumus Wh- Question dengan Future Continuous Tense

Berikut beberapa rumus wh- question (pertanyaan yang dimulai dengan what, where, when, why, which, who, whose, atau how) dengan future continuous tense yang dibentuk dari “will” dan “be” dan present participle.

Rumus Kalimat Positif (+)

S + will + be + present participle

Rumus Kalimat Interogatif (?)

menanyakan subject

• Who/What + will + be + present participle
• Whose/Which + noun + will + be + present participle

menanyakan object

• Who/What + will + S + be + present participle
• Whose/Which + noun + will + S + be + present participle

menanyakan adverb

When/Where/Why + will + S + be + present participle
How + adverb + will + S + be + present participle

Contoh Kalimat Wh- Question dengan Future Continuous Tense

1. The deer will be eating clover or alfalfa when the conservationist visit them.
   (Rusa-rusa akan sedang makan semanggi atau alfalfa ketika konservasionis mengunjungi mereka.)

   menanyakan object

   What will the deer be eating when the conservationist visit them?
   (Apa yang akan rusa-rusa sedang makan ketika konversionis mengunjungi mereka?)

2. Bima will be playing tennis on the clay court at 4 p.m.
   (Bima akan bermain tennis di lapangan tanah liat jam 4 sore.)

   menanyakan subject

   Who will be playing tennis on the clay court at 4 pm?
   (Siapa yang akan bermain tennis di lapangan tanah liat jam 4 sore?)

   menanyakan object (of preposition “on”)

   Which court will Bima be playing tennis on at 4 pm?
   (Bima akan sedang bermain tennis di lapangan mana jam 4 sore?)

   menanyakan adverb

   • When will Bima be playing tennis on the clay court?
     (Kapan Bima akan sedang bermain tennis di lapangan tanah liat?)
   • Where will Bima be playing tennis at 4 pm?
     (Dimana Bima akan bermain tennis jam 4 sore?)
