Rumusnya sih S (direct object) +was/were + being + past participle +/- by … (agent) cuma saya rasa aneh kalo kalimat di atas dibuat pasifnya.

Iya Indah tidak saya sebutkan.. :) By-phrase yang tidak disebutkan pada passive construction alasannya antara lain: pelaku aksi tidak diketahui, tidak penting atau menarik, untuk menghindari tanggungjawab, atau kalimat merupakan academic writing, khususnya berhubungan dengan science.

Auxiliary verb “have” untuk I, you, they, we, dan plural pronoun lain (lihat: https://www.wordsmile.com/pengertian-macam-contoh-kalimat-pronouns), dan plural noun (seperti: samples, beans, orders, dan documents).

My orders have already been shipped by the seller.
Have the documents been received by them?
