The subject and must change position to form questions. We don’t use do/does/did:

sementara have to butuh dummy auxiliary verb “do” (had to pada kalimat positive menjadi have to di kalimat interrogative dan menggunakan dummy auxiliary verb “did”)

Do, does, did are used before the subject to form questions with have to:
