Pengertian “at ease”
At ease adalah frasa bahasa Inggris yang bermakna “relaxed, comfortable, and/or confident, and not nervous or embarrassed” (santai, nyaman, dan/atau percaya diri, dan tidak cemas atau malu). Selain itu, dalam bidang militer frasa ini berarti “in relaxed posture with the feet apart and hands linked behind the back” (dalam postur santai dengan telapak kaki terpisah dan tangan terhubung di belakang).
