    1. Ummm…kalo itu bisa juga pake kata lain seperti “tampak” kan Risdya? jadi pakai “look”. Kita kudu jeli memikirkan apakah ada sinonim katanya supaya pas cari kata bahasa Inggrisnya. Coba ada contoh lain gak kata -ter nya?

  2. Permisi kak wilma

apakah bernah pada kalimat “I always eats hygiene food to avoid stomach ache”, Verb-1 (Eat) menggunakan huruf “s”
Soalnya saya lihat di tempat lain tidak ada huruf “s”

    Terima kasih

  3. Hello kak Wilma,

    I have several questions.

    1. I usually find some people post in their social media like “Everything is gone” and “I’m so blessed” are those such correct tense? Cause according to your tenses posts, I cant even recognize one that similar to your tense.

    2. When is the perfect time to use be (is, am, are) in simple present? Example, which is correct, is it “I’m really glad” or “I really glad” and “I’m appreciate you” or “I appreciate you” ? Sometimes, I can’t even distinguish which is adjective or verb.

    3. Could you give me some tips (step by step) how to learn English in the best way?

Anyway, apologize for my bad grammar. I’m not even more than a beginner, I just think english will be easier, If we use it in usual conversation. Thank you for your response kak, I’ve been following your site since 3 days ago and it works so good to me :)

    1. Hello Caka,

      1. The verb “is” and “am” (linking verb) are in the simple present tense form [S + V-1 (main verb)]. If the main verb is a linking verb, it would be followed by a subject complement —> S + V-1 (linking verb) + subject complement (noun/pronoun/adjective/other construction acting as an adjective/noun). “Gone” and “blessed” = adjective.

      2. Transitive verbs are always followed by direct objects, while intransitive verbs may be modified by adverbs or adjectives. Words ending with -ate are usually verbs :B so “appreciate” is a verb. Learn present and past participles — we often use them as adjectives. The word “glad” is one of the frequently used adjectives. I think you need to memorize some common adjectives.

      3. hmmmmmm…. set your goals, create a mind map to see the “big picture” of English, learn from reliable sources (online and/or offline).. :)

You’re not alone.. I only a person with limited English proficiency.. =”)
Thanks for coming. I’m very happy you’ve followed my site and found it useful, sorry for my late reply.. :)
