Adverb of time adalah adverb (kata keterangan) yang digunakan untuk menyatakan waktu terjadinya suatu kegiatan atau peristiwa.

When merupakan kata tanya yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan untuk menunjukkan adverb of time.

    kalo recently itu condongnya ke simple past ato ke past perfect..?

  3. Min untuk contoh yang recently, kenapa The children have recently went home = S + have + recently + V2 + Complement. Itu bukannya pake present perfect ya ? seharusnya kan pake V3 kenapa pake v2 ?

      Maaf keliru Faradillah.. sudah saya perbaiki dengan pakai simple past aja..jadi eliminasi “have” :)
      recently bisa dipakai pada berbagai tense seperti: simple past, present perfect, dan past continuous.

      not long ago
      We received a letter from him recently.
      Until recently they were living in York.
      I haven’t seen them recently (= it is some time since I saw them).
